Security at Aila
Aila processes customer calls, recordings, transcripts, notes, and CRM/LOS workflow data. Our security program is designed to protect that information through controlled access, encrypted storage, monitored infrastructure, and accountable operational procedures.
Customer recordings, transcripts, notes, and related call data are protected with encryption in transit and at rest. Aila does not sell customer data or use it to train public models.
Production access is limited to authorized team members with a business need. Access is reviewed periodically and removed when it is no longer required.
Aila uses managed, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers with security controls for hosting, logging, monitoring, backups, and availability.
Service providers that process customer data are evaluated for business need, data handling, and security posture before use.
Aila maintains security controls for product development, infrastructure operations, vendor oversight, and customer data handling.
To report a suspected security issue, email support@aila.fyi. Please include a clear description, affected URL or account area, reproduction steps, and any relevant screenshots or logs.
We ask researchers to avoid accessing customer data, disrupting service availability, or sharing vulnerability details publicly before Aila has completed remediation.
Customers can contact Aila for security questionnaires, data deletion requests, vendor questions, and documentation needed for procurement or compliance reviews.
